Coach Jaffe is a Bergen Catholic hockey alumnus and played for the Crusaders from 1983-1987. With over 20 years of coaching experience with Mahwah High School, New Jersey Rhinos and currently the North Jersey Avalanche for the past five seasons, Coach Jaffe brings a wide range of experience at various levels and holds a USA Hockey Level 4 coaching certification.
